Position Summary

The Director of Financial Reporting will lead the company’s management, board, and stakeholder reporting functions, transforming financial and operational data into clear, decision-ready insights.

This role is distinct from the accounting function. While the Chief Accounting Officer owns the general ledger, close process, and GAAP financials, the Director of Financial Reporting is responsible for (i) how the company present its performance—including KPIs, credit metrics, portfolio performance, and executive-level narratives and (ii) tailors this reporting depending on the audience and key users.

The Director will serve as a key partner to the CFO, CAO, and Board, ensuring that reporting is accurate, consistent, and analytically rigorous, while elevating the company’s ability to understand and communicate its financial and operating performance.
