Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our dynamic and growing organization. The Lead Software Engineer in Test will oversee our software projects, provide technical directions for software development teams. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker and provides innovative technical solutions to complex business challenges.
Job Responsibility
- Lead the Test Automation Projects
- Provides technical and project direction for multiple software development teams.
- Complete ownership of design and architecture for various software solutions. The engineer is responsible for authoring design docs, leading software development and delivery of features for development teams.
- Oversee technical and project plans, timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Work closely with other departments, such as product management, IT, Data, and Operations. Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure all technical requirements are met and solutions are delivered to production successfully. Provide technical expertise and guidance to software teams so that quality releases are ensured.
- Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes, and tools to enhance development capabilities of the organization and teams.
- Technical documentation for various SDLC processes.

Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
Experience Required
- Min 10+ years of experience in software development and technical and team leadership.
- Leadership experience leading multiple software teams and full SDLC ownership.
- Prior experience on the Test Automation Framework, Adaptive AI for Test Automation.
- Demonstrated experience in Java, Spring boot, AWS, Dev (Sec)Ops practices etc.
- Demonstrated experience in owning and driving design documents to conclusion.
- Experience in driving new technology initiatives to phase out legacy infrastructure and applications.
- Experience leading fast-paced teams with ownership of end to end to delivery.
Knowledge Required
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to a changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.
- Demonstrated knowledge of software development methodologies and techniques.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
