Position Summary

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our Product Management department and drive the success of our product portfolio. The PO will serve as the voice of the customer and business within agile teams, ensuring that product development aligns with strategic goals, delivers measurable value, and enhances customer experience. This role requires strong collaboration, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate vision into actionable work for cross-functional teams. You will work with stakeholders to develop business cases, define, and prioritize features, assess tradeoffs, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.

Job Responsibility

  • Product Vision & Roadmap
    • Collaborate with Product Managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
    • Ensure alignment between departmental goals and team-level execution.
  • Backlog Ownership
    • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
    • Gather and synthesize feedback to inform product decisions.
  • User story Development
    • Write detailed, clear, and actionable user stories and epics, incorporating technical requirements and constraints.

  • Delivery & Execution
    • Partner with Scrum Masters and development teams to plan sprints, review progress, and ensure timely delivery.
    • Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Customer-Centric Focus
    • Advocate for customer needs and usability in product design and functionality.
    • Ensure products deliver seamless, intuitive experiences across digital and non-digital touchpoints.
  • Risk & Compliance Awareness
    • Collaborate with compliance, finance, and operations teams to ensure products meet regulatory and organizational standards.

Education Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO, and PMP are a plus.

Experience Required

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in SaaS, fintech, retail, or technology-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance customer experience, business priorities, and technical constraints.
  • Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent

Knowledge Required

Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment.  Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products.

Physical Requirements
