Position Summary

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Key position responsible for executing on strategies to drive product sales growth, efficiency, and profitability across the organization. Assisting with management of our product suite, primarily the initial focus will be on our secured lending products. Liaison between several areas of the Company including Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance and Marketing.  Complete research on competitive landscape in target markets.  Provide input on product design decisions and development of new products and programs, consistent with strategic lending direction.  Develop or review customer and employee education for new and existing secured product initiatives<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">.

Job Responsibility

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Monitor industry trends and perform essential market research and analysis to define current and prospective competitive landscape and customer need

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Review/revise product materials, including standard operating procedures and training materials, to ensure consistency with product strategy and characteristics

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Assist in defining product characteristics to be developed on new point of sale system

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Draft business case documentation for internal stakeholder review and approval

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Support rebranding of current title lending product to secured lending

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Develop relationships with key internal and external partners, supporting business line objectives

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Monitor performance of existing and new products and provide periodic updates to internal stakeholders 

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Engage with vendor and third-party contacts.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Identify product enhancement opportunities and engage with appropriate resources to prioritize such requests.

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Provide product details and assumptions for use in budgeting and financial models

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Work with field, contact center, and central operations to optimize product delivery

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Monitor customer reviews and/or complaints related to products to identify opportunities for improvement

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">• Liaise with marketing team regarding campaigns related to secured lending products

Education Required

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">B.A. or equivalent degree/experience.

Experience Required

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">3-5<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">+ years of experience in developing or implementing consumer financial products or services.

Knowledge Required

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Excellent written and verbal communications skills; adaptability and flexibility to changing environment; and comfortable working in a dynamic, high volume, fast-paced environment.  Ability to understand and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and laws governing our industry/business and products. Ability and desire to work on and be closely involved in product strategy and execution.  Able to work effectively in a large organization with cross functional and entrepreneurial teams.  Ability to prioritize amongst multiple requests to ensure the most critical tasks are completed timely and accurately.
