Medical Plan:

We offer a range of medical plans to employees and their dependents.  Medical Plan enrollment automatically includes prescription drug benefits.

Life & Disability:

Protect your loved ones.  Life insurance protects your family financially in the event of death or accidental injury.  You can choose the amount of coverage that’s right for you and your family.  If you’re out of work for an extended period of time due to a disabling injury or illness, short-term disability benefits will replace a portion of your income.

Wellness Program and Employee Assistance:

Sometimes it’s hard to balance work and wellness. Our goal is to make it easier.  The company’s enhanced Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides you and your household family members with tools and resources to help achieve overall wellness. All part-time and full-time employees are automatically eligible for this benefit effective day one of employment.  Services include free and confidential counseling and resources designed to help you and your immediate family members.

Financial Wellness

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:

The company’s 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan record keeper is Fidelity. By participating in the 401(k) Plan you’re setting aside pre-tax dollars to save for retirement.  Full & part-time employees can participate in the plan.

Health & Welfare Benefit Plans

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits the first of the month following two consecutive months of employment.

The company provides Basic Life Insurance, Basic AD&D Insurance, Core Long-Term Disability, and Short-Term Disability at no cost to the employee.

401k Savings Plan

ll employees are automatically enrolled in the company’s 401k plan at 4% on the first of the month following two months of continuous employment.

The company matches up to 50% for each dollar you contribute from the first 5% of the salary you earn each pay period. The total match is capped at $2,500 per calendar year.

Vacation Time

Full-time employees start to accrue vacation time the first of the month following two consecutive months of employment. Accrual rate is based on years of service.

Vacation Carryover

Unless state law mandates otherwise, up to 40 hours of accrued unused vacation time can be carried over into the next calendar year to be used by April 30th.

Sick Time

Full-time employees accrue 1.23 hours of sick time each pay period of active employment after completion of six months of continuous service.

Sick Carryover

Unless state law mandates otherwise, up to 32 hours of accrued unused sick time may be carried over into the next calendar year.

Company Observed Holidays

The company observes 11 Federal Holidays each year. Full time employees receive paid holiday time the first of the month following two consecutive months of employment.

Volunteer Days

Employees are encouraged to take up to two days per year to volunteer in their community.

Leave Donation Program

The company offers a leave donation program to employees who are impacted due to a health emergency or natural disaster.

Paid Parental Leave

Full-time employees accrue 1.23 hours of sick time each pay period of active employment after completion of six months of continuous service.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

The company offers Health Care, Dependent Care and Limited Use Flexible Spending Accounts. Any employee eligible for benefits can contribute to these pre-tax benefits.

Health Savings Account & Company Seeding

Employees enrolled in the Enhanced High Deductible Health Plan are eligible to contribute to a Health Savings Account (HSA) and the company will seed a flat amount of $300/$600 for employee only/employee plus one medical coverage each quarter.

Education Assistance Program

Employees are eligible for reimbursement up to $2,000 per year for eligible coursework after completing 180 days of continuous service.

Employee Assistance Program

All employees and their eligible dependents can receive six counseling services for personal concerns (such as grief, stress management, anxiety and more) and six life management services (financial counseling, legal services adult and child care resources and more) to help during times of need.

All employees are eligible and encouraged to participate in our Wellness with a Purpose program to help achieve or sustain mental, emotional, physical, or financial wellbeing.
