Medical Plan:

We offer a range of medical plans to employees and their dependents.  Medical Plan enrollment automatically includes prescription drug benefits.

Life & Disability:

Protect your loved ones.  Life insurance protects your family financially in the event of death or accidental injury.  You can choose the amount of coverage that’s right for you and your family.  If you’re out of work for an extended period of time due to a disabling injury or illness, short-term disability benefits will replace a portion of your income.

Wellness Program and Employee Assistance:

Sometimes it’s hard to balance work and wellness. Our goal is to make it easier.  The company’s enhanced Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides you and your household family members with tools and resources to help achieve overall wellness. All part-time and full-time employees are automatically eligible for this benefit effective day one of employment.  Services include free and confidential counseling and resources designed to help you and your immediate family members.

401(k) Retirement Savings Plan:

The company’s 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan record keeper is Fidelity. By participating in the 401(k) Plan you’re setting aside pre-tax dollars to save for retirement.  Full & part-time employees can participate in the plan.

Holiday and Vacation Time

Eligible full-time employees receive holiday, vacation, and sick pay.  In addition, community outreach and volunteerism are an important part of our culture.  Eligible full-time employees are provided with two paid volunteer days per calendar year.
